Assist. Director of Career and Professional Development | Albertus Magnus College

  • Teaches two sections of a one-credit Career and Professional Development Seminar to second-year students to integrate NACE 8 core competencies in collaboration with numerous departments to aid students in career exploration events and opportunities 

  • Leads the development of DEIB ingenuity projects from conceptualization to implementation, such as BIPOC History at Albertus webpage, featured as a Career Pathfinder in Alumni Magazine, featured on Albertus Innovates Podcast, faculty mentor to minority lead clubs, chairs black history month planning committee, and facilitates DEIB lead to career and development discussions 

  • Coach 250+ diverse students specializing in the school of business for careers counseling and experiential education through coordinated community outreach for large lectures, hands-on training, one on one meetings, and hybrid recorded/unrecorded sessions

  • Create social media content and diversity calendar for the Office of Career and Professional Development for dissemination of the office offerings to students, alums, and community partners in multiplatform display

2019 – 2021

Regional Recruitment Coordinator | Webster University

  • ​Oversaw technical host, troubleshot technical problems, managed audience engagement, and assisted in outreach promotions to speakers and views of Webster Speakers dialogues on Race, Equity, and Inclusion virtual webcast

  • Directed recruitment and retention efforts for Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland related to prospective students, which led to significant upward growth of applications 

  • Maintained accurate prospective student applications through the CRM system, scheduled hybrid appointments for students discussions, coordinated student career fairs, and articulated Webster’s mission, vision, and values through public speaking engagements 

  • Co-chaired Webster Military’s strategic marketing team to increase brand recognition for extended learning sites through social media campaigns, google ads, and local media productions for civilian and military student recruitment

  • ​Effectively communicated to prospective students via phone work, person-to-person interfacing, e-mail, text, and social media communication

  • Exceeded expected outbound communications to prospective students and facilitated the process at an estimated average of over 20 person outreach per week

  • Collaborated with all departments, management, students, and community resources to solve problems and assist students while enriched the student's experience and helped improve life situations

  • Spoke to groups of various sizes, providing insight into the holistic approach of exploration and the enrollment process
