What is FLAG to me? The Falcon Leadership Advancement Group was my creation stemmed from my years and opportunities under the guidance and tutelage of breathtaking individuals. The concept of "pay it forward" is always at the forefront of my mind regarding being a servant leader in Higher Education. My goal for FLAG's members is to learn from multi-cultural and multi-generational community leaders to enhance their professional and personal knowledge and connections when assimilating into whatever industry or field they choose. Most importantly, I want to keep growing my metaphorical ladder so more and more diverse people who look like me can have a chance to climb too.
